that’s not to say we need to deliberately make life complicated to get the results.

But for anything that is necessary to change it will take facing discomfort, unease, fear and a whole load of gut checking.

When you know you need to make a change from the Heart it will mean facing the above and from that the discomfort will ease off in time.

Please don’t assume someone else has more power than you or more capable because of what you’ve witnessed them go through.

Please don’t assume you are less than what you really are because if grades, ability , mistakes made.

You are willing to learn so keep learning.

Strength grows with every challenge we face , waiting for strength is futile.

You are Enough no matter what voice you hear telling you your not !
