I Adore This Picture!

I think of the caves at Penbryn and every time I’m there a part of my shadow side breaks free into the world.

I know it will feel scary , I know I will second guess , but as soon as I take a deep breathe and ask? Is this what I want ? I know and I take the steps to create it - it can sometimes take years of tiny steps but they all are significant .

So please don’t undermine your progress , it might not be instant , it may mean having to rethink and rejig the journey!

There may be blocks but that’s ok. ( it can feel shit I know )

However , rest assured you’ll get there .

But what matters is now .
