I Was Having a Moment of Reflection

Absolutely not, I had so much to learn in between and I had my children and ran another business in between all of which created a strong grounding amongst my community in Caerphilly

It’s unfolding beautifully , The way it’s needed to with many powerful lessons to learn along the way, some have seemed unfair, but ultimately it’s working out just the way it has needed to.

I’ve been given opportunities to test whether this is really for me and each time Reflexology wins, hands down

And I want nothing other than to be with others whilst they too explore and open up their paths to fulfilment and happiness with a added bonus of self love and self care whilst they take the next scary, risky but amazing steps towards what they want to achieve

I love my clients , they make every part of this journey magical and mysterious and help me to expand for the better. Without them being willing to try out the service I provide , I wouldn’t have learned the true purpose of why It’s so valuable.

My friends have been awesome cheerleaders through and through!

But mostly I’m so glad I have my children and Sam

because creating our family hasn’t been an easy journey but it’s because of being their mother and wife it inspired me to follow my heart and turn the nightmare situations I had to navigate into a beautiful reality, with many hiccups along the way.

You guys have supported me loads and this last year gave me an opportunity to recognise that No matter what happens I will continue to follow my wisdom and make the best out of any difficult situation

I love you and I love Reflexology it’s the best

And I will keep on sharing it because we all deserve to know

And especially because many of us can find the going back to school or work difficult.
