Recognising you're why is so important to get through the icky bits of life.

Letting go and grieving old patterns that once did, but now no longer serve you is completely understandable and healthy to move forward.

You are growing and changing always.

It’s ok to see that what you wanted isn’t what you thought it would be.

And it’s ok that what you thought you didn’t want , you actually do.

Life goes on. It moves. It changes.

You are life

And for all the relationships that didn’t work out, that was to work in your favour , it might not seem it but one day you will see.
