Imposing Syndrome Is Common For Many Of Us

🧐Don’t ask that question you’ll look a fool!

🧐Don’t step outside the rules you’ll be shunned.

🧐Don’t wear that you’ll look a prat

🧐Don’t expand your comfort zone you will crumble , it will be too much, what if you fail, how shameful!

🧐Don’t get in that relationship you will get hurt.

How are we expected to grow and develop without these challenges? Understandably we want to avoid pain and stay safe.

But sometimes the staying safe can hurt us because we will miss out on something that’s really going to be Greta for us.

Going through the peri menopause , imposter syndrome can get really intense.

Having a neourodiversity it can be enhanced because you can be highly in tune and sensitive to the discomfort frequency.

But without facing it and confronting it , it will keep winning and can become isolating and debilitating emotionally.

This comes up a lot for a lot of people I work with and it also comes up for me too.

To have space to gather your thoughts, have comforting stimulus that nurtures your senses and a place to sit back and just take a big deep breathe , whilst having every reflex point within the body cared for and nurtured can be transformational for grounding.

From grounding and stabilising your thoughts and emotions , you can think clearly and be supported in the journey ahead.

You can do this for you all whilst he cheered on by me 😁

I love seeing the improvements people have made to their well-being , because they started to care for themselves.

New jobs, new relationships, promotions , going back to education, overcoming adverse challenges , becoming a parent, going through diagnosis of a ND.

I am happy that clients came to help themselves and from that they are improving their life .

I am really proud of you all thank you for letting me be with you thorough this ❤️❤️❤️
