Laugher is Sooooo Healthy!

We Can All Have Moments in Life Where Laugher Can Feel Like a Long Lost Friend, a Disconnection.

When we feel safe and confident getting support with someone you trust , the shoulders ease, the mind settles, creating that satisfactory, connective and heard feeling.

All emotions need TLC and laugher is definitely something that can give sadness , fear and worry a huge catch and acceptance to be released, the heavy amour can melt away and our rawness becomes our strength

Times have been tough after a huge pandemic and now with the cost of living increase - it seems there is nothing to laugh about during these struggles.

I’ll be honest I’ve been overwhelmed this week with all of emotions and i have needed to be really aware of how I am regulating them because I’ve snapped a few too many times.

I won’t hide that I make mistakes or that in actual fact I’m just a human being who feels things pretty intensely often.

It’s a passion of mind to end the stigmas attached to having and feeling every feeling!
