I completed my Reflexology training whilst I was pregnant with this young soul.

I didn’t start running the business as a Reflexologist until after my third baby in 2016!

So for anyone out there who has an idea, a passion, a dream , a business idea - like humans you will grow and keep growing, you might not even notice your growing until you look back and see how far you have come.

You never stop evolving no matter what steps you take , honour what you want and before you know it you’ve made it happen

My biggest dream was to be a mum, be in love and have my own business doing what I love - and with all the heartache , pain, fear and often unrecognised growth, I need reminding that I have actually made it happen and you are too.

It won’t be a linear process , it won’t be like others - it will be yours - enjoy what you create because the world need it
