And we are consistently told they will get tougher , causing a significant amount of stress not just mentally but physically too.
It creates tiredness , irritability and high levels of anxiety.
Sleep will be deprived and that snowballing effect of thoughts going from bad to worse can seem impossible to avoid . If feels like we have to be prepared for an attack!
