This Beautiful Book

I was confused at first but her message was so kind and caring and she said she felt I needed to get the effects of beauty from this book.

I started to read and OMG! It’s amazing , it’s about a little girl who has synesthesia. She doesn’t know that’s what it is but she is describing her experience and how intense day to day living has been because she sees peoples energy. It’s been so intense it’s significantly impacted her time at school and has been moved to a behavioural unit.

I’ll update you on more as the book goes on.

But it was so lovely to receive such a thoughtful gift.

Acts of kindness matter deeply as do seeing these beautiful bluebells when I arrived at the tent.

The treatments today were very empowering and a lot about letting go of things that no longer serve the higher good
