Wonderful Women Neurodiverse Workshop Was Amazing

I’m never surprised to see and meet so many people who are curious and eager to learn more.

Often it’s to understand a loved one usually a child. And then the discovery relates back to themselves .

Many people fear the idea of going through the assessment / diagnosis process and I totally get that because unfortunately it isn’t easy at all and can be scrutinising.

However with the right knowledge and support this can be easier and the more a person is fully aware of their needs and how their brain functions in this world the more they can thrive and become more confident in being who they are and access the correct support that will one day be sooo much more up to date and available then now .

It’s my passion to help others ,always has been but it did have to 100% start with understanding and helping myself first. This journey is never ending .

But i am totally grateful and thankful I have had my diagnosis and the support and help I have received, regardless of the slog it’s taken to get it , is improving my life.

I have been offered some exciting new opportunities to explore and I can only hope I will help others achieve this too.
